1. Our Contract

Airbus Group owns and runs the brand www.airbusholidays.com and it is the company that will book all airlines, hotels,s or other accommodations. Booking your trip with AirBus Holidays will be your agreement that you have read and agreed to the entire Booking Agreement between you and AirBus Holidays. The services provided will be those referred to in the booking confirmation invoice.

2. Validity

Dates, itineraries, and prices are valid from 1/12/2020 thru 31/12/2022.

3. Deposit requirements

You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% per person per trip to confirm your booking. If your booking is made within 30 days of the departure date the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Please note that a higher deposit may be required depending on your bookings.

4. Acceptance of booking and final payments

Once your booking is accepted, AirBus Holidays will issue an invoice to confirm. The issuance of the invoice will constitute a contract between us from the date we issue the invoice. The date of your contract will exist when we accept the deposit.

Please refer to your booking invoice for details regarding final payments. The payment of the balance for the balance due for your trip will be due 31 days before your departure date. If the balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

5. Your details

In order for AirBus Holidays to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested documentation and details when you pay the balance of the trip. This documentation and details include your full name as it appears on your passport, your nationality, passport number, your date of birth, passport issue, and passport expiration date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements.

6. Cancellation by the traveler

 If you cancel any or all bookings, cancellation fees may apply. We must receive a written cancellation for it to be effective. If you cancel a trip,

• 46 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

• Between 30 and 45 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total booking cost; whichever is greater.

• Less than 30 days prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.

In certain cases, a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. Please ask for full details of cancellation charges at the time of booking. If you leave (cancel, reject) a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

7. Cancellation by AirBus Holidays

We may cancel a trip at any time up to 28 days before departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.

If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to alternate departure dates or alternatively receive a full refund. If the cancellation circumstances are due to external events beyond our control, refunds will be made less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for incidental costs you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance, or non-refundable flights.

8. Booking amendments

If you want to transfer from one trip to another or transfer you’re booking to a third party, you will have to notify us at least 31 days prior to the proposed departure date. A fee of $50 per person per change will apply. In addition, any charges levied by hotels, ground operators, or airlines will also apply.

If we are notified less than 30 days prior to the proposed departure date the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply. Transfers to a third party are only permitted where the transferee meets all the requirements in relation to the trip, and transfers to another departure can only be made to a departure within the current validity period.

Amendments to any other arrangements made in conjunction with your trip will incur a $25 administration fee per booking per change. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines. No amendments are permitted to your booking within 7 days of departure.

11. Prices

Our trip prices are based on currency exchange rates published as of Dec 2020. We reserve the right to impose surcharges up to 31 days before departure due to changes in exchange rates, increases in airfares or other transportation costs, increases in local operator costs, taxes, or if government action should require us to do so.

In such instances, we will be responsible for the first 50% of the additional costs and you will be responsible for the balance.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in entering the accepted currencies.

12. Age & Health Requirements

General Policy: For the vast majority of our trips, the minimum age for children is 14. All travelers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child’s day-to-day care.

For most of our trips, there is no upper age limit, however, we remind you that some of our trips can be physically demanding.

Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

13. Passport and visas

For your protection and for easy access when necessary, you must carry your valid passport and any other travel-related documents with you at all times. Your passport must not expire before six months beyond the duration of your trip.

14. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory, for all AirBus Holidays travelers should be obtained when you book your travel. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of $100000 for each category covered.

We also strongly recommend covering cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, and loss of luggage, and personal effects. You must provide proof of your travel insurance.

15. Flexibility

You recognize and acknowledge this type of tour packages requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for last-minute changes and alternatives.

The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities planned but, it is understood the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities, and transportation may be subject to change without prior notice, due to any unexpected changes to the local circumstances or events.

16. Change of itinerary

Airbus Holidays endeavors to operate all trips as planned, however, we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary if necessary. Please refer to our website, www.airbusholidays.com before departure for the most recent updates to your itinerary. 

Before departure, if there is a change in the itinerary we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. The definition of a major change is affecting at least one day of the itinerary. When a major change occurs you may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid on the land portion of the trip only, or accepting an offered alternative tour.

After departure: We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances, the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be your responsibility.

Please refer to the itinerary notes for your trip for details of Emergency Funds you agree to carry for these instances. Please note we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itinerary such as non-refundable flights.

17. Limitation of liability

Airbus Holidays contract with a network of companies, individuals, and government agencies to assist us in the planning and running of our trips and itineraries. As an agent for these third parties, we cannot be responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability for any loss, death, injury, or damage you may suffer, directly or indirectly in connection with or arising out of your participation in a trip, or any breach of the Booking Conditions, is excluded.

You release us and our officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a trip. Any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied by law under these Booking Conditions Implied Warranty is excluded.

To the extent an Implied Warranty cannot be excluded, our liability in respect of the Implied Warranty is limited to, in our absolute discretion (i) the provision of a similar trip to an equivalent value; or (ii) a refund of the total amount received by us from you in connection with your booking.

Any claim by you is excluded to the extent that it is for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or economic loss, however it arises, or for indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

18. Optional activities

Any optional activities not included in the price of the trip do not form part of the trip or this contract.

19. Claims & Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern about your trip, please inform your tour guide or our local representative so that they can attempt to rectify the matter. If satisfaction is cannot be reached through these means, further complaints should be put in writing to us within 30 days of the end of your tour.

20. Photos & Marketing

You consent that AirBus Holidays may use images of you taken during your trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium of our choice. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

21. Privacy Policy

Any personal information AirBus Holidays collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Trip or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers.

The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers, or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Trip. We will otherwise treat your details in accordance with our privacy policy (available for viewing on our website).

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any parties.

22. Applicable Law

The laws of Egypt govern these Booking Conditions to the fullest extent allowable. Any disputes in connection with a trip or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Cairo, Egypt. The Arab Republic of Egypt is our country of domicile, governing law is the local law of Egypt.

(https://airbusholidays.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of (Arab Republic of Egypt).

 

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
