Welcome to Air Bus Tours. By using our services and making a booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before confirming any bookings.

 

 

1. Booking & Payment

 

When you book a tour with Air Bus Tours, you must provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or other methods specified when booking.

 

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

A. Day Tours:

            •          No Refunds are permitted after the booking is confirmed, due to the operational arrangements involved in such tours.

 

B. Packages & Nile Cruises:

            •          100% Refund: For cancellations made 90 days or more before the tour date.

            •          50% Refund: For cancellations made 45 days before the tour date.

            •          100% Penalty: For cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour date.

 

Note: This general policy may vary depending on the type of trip, travel season, or supplier-specific rules (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport providers). Any special conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 

 

3. Changes to Bookings

 

If you wish to make any changes to your booking, such as changing the travel dates or the type of service, you must contact our customer service department at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the changes requested.

 

If you wish to exchange your booking for another package, a rebooking fee may apply, and the new booking will be subject to availability and pricing at the time of rebooking.

 

 

4. Responsibilities

            •          Air Bus Tours is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to flights, accommodations, or tours that occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or government actions.

            •          Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations or medical emergencies.

 

 

5. Client Conduct

 

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and by the laws and regulations of the country they are visiting. Airbus Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking or refuse service to any client whose behavior is disruptive or harmful to others.

 

 

6. Liability

 

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients, Air Bus Tours cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal property, clients, or third parties during the course of a trip, unless caused by negligence on the part of Air Bus Tours.

 

 

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

 

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of Egypt.
